Capital One airport lounge RFPs
We supported Capital One’s airport lounge bid efforts, working with SMEs on the Capital One Lounge team to compile bid requirements and content before massaging it all into a cohesive narrative. We designed the RFPs, packaging the bid response to echo our brand standards, style guide, and voice. These RFP responses showcased a professional tone while maintaining the conversational voice consistent across all client work. I oversaw the messaging for these RFP responses for the team, writing and editing every page to make sure we told the right story to execute compelling bids. From the cover letter to case studies, guest experience, food and beverage, and more—I made sure the response made sense and checked all boxes. We successfully crafted winning bids for several Capital One airport lounges including LAX, LGA, and JFK (shown here).
Anthem Medicaid RFPs
While I worked for Anthem (now Elevance), our Medicaid Marketing and Member Communications team collaborated with the Business Development team to create new materials to strengthen our proposal response in North Carolina. As part of our ultimately successful bid, we created new materials for the market. The RFP emphasized social determinants of health (SDOH), North Carolina's large Indigenous population (did you know the state has the largest east of the Mississippi?), and the opioid epidemic. We didn’t have any materials in other markets addressing these areas of need, so I developed sample fliers to help fill a gap in our response. And it worked!
